International Trading & Engineering Company specialized in the sales of equipment and related services, for the Industry and Infrastructure projects.
He manages the sales of the company’s “Safety and Cleaning Equipment” in the South of Vietnam and ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues to meet corporate objectives. He is responsible for the achievement of the yearly budget of the division, up to gross margin.
Within his geographic area (South Vietnam) he is responsible for the management of a team of sales executives, including in particular the following:
Set up and control of a program of customers and prospects visits
Management of all reporting activities of sales executives
Control of expenses and respect of the company procedures by the sales executives
Set up and follow up of a bonus and incentive policy
Deployment of effective programs to coach, and train sales executives to build their selling skills and upgrade their product knowledge.
Recruitment and retrenches of sales staffs when necessary.
He holds weekly meetings with sales staffs.
He identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings:
He contributes to the development of the product ranges
He proposes marketing and promotional actions and is responsible for their effective implementation on his territory.
He is directly involved in the pricing and distribution policy (end users – distributors)
He has a major input in the development and implementation of a key account policy in line with the overall strategy of the division.
He is associated to all meetings with suppliers.
He takes part to regular strategic meetings with the Sales Manager North Vietnam and the Deputy General Manager.
Reporting: The Sales Manager South Vietnam reports directly to the Deputy General Manager (DGM) and works in close cooperation with the Distribution and Marketing Supervisors.
Vietnamese citizenship, between 30 to 35 years old.
Work experience of at least 3 years, as sales leader at managerial level in a distribution activity of technical products.
Experience with end users in the Oil and Gas industry highly appreciated.
xperience on bids and tenders highly appreciated.
Proficiency in English (spoken, written)
Good computer skills (MS office)
Strong communication , interpersonal and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ready to travel inside Vietnam and spend a lot of time outside the office on customer visits.
