Responsible for planning, implement and monitor sales, and dealer network strategy for AVIT products in the assigned sales territory within corporate guidelines and business targets with the objectives to ensure market brand and product awareness and company profitability.
- Sales forecast for the assigned sales territory and setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and action plan. Monitor sales performance, analyze and revise plan IN ORDER TO meet sales targets. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Provide assistance and advice to dealer in business plan, sales forecast, and development plan.
