Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to win new business and reinforce DITS brand and services to the corporate community in Thailand
  • Targeting the SME, NGO and MNC corporate segments, build and manage a new business prospect pipeline
  • Create and issue proposals to prospective customers win profitable new business
  • Negotiate and close contract terms and conditions issue Services Agreement
  • Account management of key existing customers development of incremental revenue and relationship and contract management
  • Identify and implement CRM tools to build and store profiles on all existing customers, prospects;  also maintain electronic records of customer proposals, agreements and business review documents
  • Work closely with the Executive Manager, Finance Manager and Ticketing & Reservation Manager to ensure accurate interpretation of customer corporate travel needs, policies and to maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support the GM Outbound Travel in delivering the Diethelm Business Travel annual business plan and key targets

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in the corporate travel services or airline market; in a sales, business development, account management or front line marketing capacity
  • A strong team player you will have excellent communication skills, must be a fluent Thai speaker and with good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Organized, self-motivated and with determined ability to negotiate and close at any level
  • Extremely focused on customer satisfaction, coupled with a sound commercial approach to business and exceeding personal and company targets
  • IT literate (MS Office and experience of using CRM tools) to a high level and a good working knowledge of corporate travel, airline and other travel supplier GDS and related systems is a    distinct advantage
