Job Description

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plan by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trans and result.
  • Establishes sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling price by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
  • Completed national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees,
  • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining of sales teams, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal net work.
  • Manage & retain establish relationships as well as developing new accounts
  • Establishing pricing, negotiating contracts and providing sales & technical support to customers.
  • Analyzing market and competitor trends to identify new sales opportunities, formulating target market, monitor activity and developing and implementing appropriate response strategies.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new account.
  • Managing and coordinating all food agency and all the company’s food business visiting main distributor/customers. Executing food agency strategy.
  • Enhance & Present our products to all customers across SEA.
  • Responsible for local and overseas sales & key account forcasting and tracking
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales target and profitability
  • Preparing country plan, administering budgets in accordance with company strategies and target.
  • Formulating and executing sales strategy for various customer to maintain, develop and manage current market share.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Food Science or any related field.
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in Flavor & Beverage Soft Drink business.
  • Strategically market analysis capabilities and through knowledge of sales & technical sales is a must.
  • Must be a highly driven sales target individual with good track record in leadership role to apply and execute all duties in the role.
  • Must have strong communication skills in English (oral and written) and good organizational and leadership qualities to lead the department.
