Job Description

  • Responsible for annual company budget and sales targets
  • Plan and implement the sales and marketing strategies
  • Evaluate sales and marketing potential and develop sales programs
  • Experience in B2C and B2B environment
  • Develop maximum profitable sales to current and potential customers
  • Locate and develop specific sales opportunities and plan specific approaches
  • Knowledge in setting price positioning vs competitors
  • Collect market surveys and information on competitors marketing strategies
  • Provide coordination and leadership to sales team (4 sales staff)
  • Develop and train sales staff
  • Serving existing customers and source for new customers
  • Ensure smooth running of the sales department
  • Prepare sales reports and summary
  • Attend to customers’ complaints and enquiries
  • Other sales and marketing duties not specified above

Job Requirements

  • Education : Degree and Above.
  • Requirement:At least 5 years’ experience as sales in any industry.
  • Management skill: more than 2 years’ management experience
  • Must be analytic and quick minded
  • Language Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required
  • Assertive and hardworking with positive attitude and initiative
  • Microsoft office skills required
  • Class 3 driving license with clean record
