Our Client, a global MNC in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as a Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Actively developing new accounts for the company as well as managing the existing pool of accounts for various sectors. This involves active lead generation and conversion of the sales leads to revenue.
Improvise, implement and amendments on existing sales strategies to attract new clients, to further develop and expand existing pool of clients. Sales presentations, sales reports and sales forecasts are part of the key deliverables.
Analyzing of clients’ requirements and work closely with sale support team to propose of possible logistics solutions and pricing.
Managing of business development activities through discussions and finalization of contract with potential clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client relationship management & follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 6-10 years’ of relevant sales experiences in the freight/shipping industry.
This is a client facing role, candidate has to be confident of his/her communication and negotiation skills with relevant experience in targeting clients from a variety of industries.
Candidate must come with a Class 3 license as this is an active sales role and you are expected to make frequent client visits.
Possess good sense of responsibility, highly committed and stable with maturity mindset.
