Formulate sales strategy and monitor performance for assigned districts or channels, through planning, supervising and coordinating efforts of the sales team to ensure that sales targets and merchandising objectives are met.
Manage a team of Sales Executives towards achieving the department’s sales objectives for the entire range of products.
Establish good relations & opening new accounts to improve sales, handle complaints as required.
Monitor sales reports, budget and forecast.
Work with Marketing Department to plan and implement promotion activities.
Analyze data and reports on competitors’ activities collected to devise better channel strategies, sales and pricing policies, discount structures, incentive program and sales tools, manpower planning to maintain and increase profitability.
Explore and identify new accounts and trend of development.
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in sales and key account management.
Prefer candidates with relevant experience in the FMCG / alcohol industry.
Diploma or Degree qualified.
Candidates with good contacts with various restaurants will have an advantage.
