Reporting to General Manager, the job holder is responsible for planning, directing and managing the sales team and activities to achieve established sales/income targets as well as coordinate with the regional as well as local teams to ensure quality and standards in work are executed according to customers as well as company expectations.
The successful candidate will also be part of the team to contribute to the long-term growth of the business by enhancing staff performance, training and development.
Diploma/Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering/ Agriculture/ Horticulture
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in related field, inclusive of 2 to 5 years in managerial position.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and good IT knowledge
Proficiency in English, and any other Asian language is an added advantage
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good selling and people management skills
Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong in problem solving, analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
