Responsible for PVL (Personal Vehicle Lubricants) and CVL (Commercial Vehicle Lubricants) according to annual sales target in assigned areas ē Develop and implement strategies in line with marketing calendar.
Draw the action plans for each team leaders and follow up the workability of each plan in the market.
Work closely with the marketing team and engineering team to cater each customerís need such as training, advice, service, technical support, etc.
Responsible for developing key accounts and maintain good relationship with the strategic partners of distributors in major cities.
Closely liaise with distributors for proper sales forecasting and follow up on their orders to follow sales goals.
Maintain good market observations to analyze competitorsí promotions, activities and strategies.
Manage assigned distributors, verify distributorsí proposals, provide them necessary supports and inquire new distributors based on their line of business.
Deploy marketing programs effectively and coordinate with sales promotion activities.
Coordinate with distributors and sales team to organize seminars, customer clinics & events for AL customers.
Propose team building activities to management and arrange events monthly.
Travel to the strategic markets and develop action plans accordingly.
University graduate in Business or Engineering.
5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Experiences in Oil and Petroleum fields are a major plus.
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Burmese.
Good presentation and Negotiation skills.
Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Precise attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
