Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in assigned market and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for customers and sales teams
Assist General Manager for effective administration and improvement of all sales related transactions and matters
Assist General Manager to contribute actively to increase the brand awareness and market share and promote its values and beliefs
Assist General Manager for the preparation of annual sales budgets and forecasts on responsible territories equipment sales and the achievement of the targets set
Maintain regular and periodic review discussions with General Manager, HQ and Factories to ensure progressive development of the sales effort and feedback of marketing information in the assigned territories
Maintenance and optimization of the Distribution network in cooperation with General Manager.
Assist General Manager in Annual Budgeting and quarterly Planning of Order Income, Sales (Revenue) and Gross Margins for Sales, Leasing, Hire Purchase and Rental business for markets in responsible territories
Coordination of Marketing activities (together with Dealer if applicable) for responsible markets
Operational result for Sales in accordance with the relevant Budgets
Sales Training and Sales support for Dealer network in responsible markets
Ensure compliance with MNC-related agreements of the company group
Assist General Manager in Monthly order intake and activity report in responsible markets
Assist the General Manager on special assignments and projects
Assist General Manager in feasibility studies for projects and business scenarios
Assist in General Managerís functions during his/her absence
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated.
Tertiary education with focus on sales and marketing management
At least 5 - 6 years experience in Industrial sales and marketing management with 3-5 years of managerial level
Strong communication and inter-personnel skills
Computer literate (MS-Office tools)
Strength in leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Languages: English is mandatory, knowledge of other local languages preferred
