Job Description

The key responsibilities would be to help build and strengthen the companyís market presence in Malaysia; acquire new clients; help develop and present proposals; negotiate and structure contracts; engage clients during various phases of the projects; interface with clients and delivery teams; ensure timely delivery of the solutions as well as overall client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will be business-savvy solution sales professionals with a strong background in selling software solutions or consulting services to clients in BFSI, Telecom, IT, Consulting and Government sectors.
  • They will hold a graduate/post graduate degree and have about 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong exposure to solution selling at senior levels is an essential pre-requisite.
  • Knowledge of BFSI and other industry segments and relevant client contacts are essential.
  • Candidates should be independent, self-driven and resourceful. High energy level, ability to work on and close large contracts; and an entrepreneurial flair are desired.
  • Strong sales and pre-sales skills; good presentation, communication and relationship management skills; willingness to travel; and ability to work in cross-cultural teams would be critical for success in this role.
