Job Description

Our client is Asia's leading HR Business Process Outsourcing company.  Founded in 1999, they have established offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, India and Korea. Their business rides on the advanced cloud-based computing tools that they create to deliver SaaS and managed payroll services. 
Our client is also an Asian multinational enterprise that is continually expanding in the region. They are part of a dynamic industry that provides forward-thinking solutions to world-class clients. With flexible solutions and a truly consultative approach, they have established a strong customer base globally. Due to continued growth, the Hong Kong office is currently looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to continue in developing the client base, so as to continue pushing the growth that the business has been achieving.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing, executing and monitoring a business development plan in order to establish a strong portfolio and driving new revenue services
  • Acquiring new businesses through marketing leads, networking and cold calling
  • Working closely with marketing department to develop business strategies in each region
  • Providing support to clients outside the assigned portfolio when necessary  
  • Conducting online or face-to-face sales presentations to clients
  • Providing accurate sales forecast to management
  • Leading and coordinating with different internal supporting departments during pre-sales phase of projects
  • Providing feedback to management and product development team based on the changing market environment
  • Negotiating the financial and commercial aspects of the contracts
  • Based in Hong Kong and will be responsible for Hong Kong, Guangdong, Macao & Taiwan

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with more than 4 years of experience in B2B sales (hunter role)
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales target and having developed the ability to manage the sales process
  • New business development experience within a professional services environment, preferably in a corporate services company
  • Experienced selling to HR professionals is an advantage but not a must
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, as well as good analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills with people from different divisions and at all levels
  • Should feel comfortable coordinating with senior level stakeholders, as well as a proactive ability to approach customers
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua Chinese
