Job Description

  • Develop a sales strategy for own industry that ensures attainment of industry sales target and profitability.
  • Conduct competitors analysis on a regular basis
  • Monitor daily effective tasks and activities of AEs under territory and ensure all information updated in system.
  • Adhere the company’s policies and procedures and ensure that the team is well communicated with these policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales target.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets and competitor’s account.
  • Conduct a one-on-one meeting to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
  • Hold a meeting with the team on a weekly basis.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management and seek support regarding sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quotations and proposal pricing and sale activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
  • Provide support to Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare a budget plan and control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Work with the management to set quota and QRF.
  • Recruit, hire and train Account Executives based on criteria agreed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or in any related fields
  • At least 2 or 3 year experience in the Sale Management
  • Good command of English
  • Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things
  • Very well in managing, leading and monitor skill
  • Strongly commitment and have broad knowledge of IT and Economic Social community
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills and leadership
  • High Commitment and willing to take challenges
  • Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point, access… ect.
  • Good in solving problem and customer complaint
