The Sales Manager will support Song Saa’s vision to deliver an award winning, world-class experience across its multiple business platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual who embraces the concept of luxury that treads lightly.
The position is based in Song Saa’s Phnom Penh Office.Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospecting new accounts and partnerships for Song Saa, following the sales process through to conversion into ‘producing’ accounts.
- Manage key accounts/key prospects to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives.
- To arrange and manage familiarization trips as and when necessary.
- Develop and design attractive offers and packages for guests and travel agents.
- Monitor and analyse sales results.
- Ensure accurate and effect communication with the reservation and marketing teams.
- Drive total hotel revenue and take ownership for the achievement of budgeted revenue streams.
- Understand the competitive luxury property landscape and feeder market dynamics and changing customer needs.
- Ensure sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals.
- Develop departmental SOPs and conduct various sales related training with the team.
