Drive the sales team to achieve or exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue goals;
Formulate & implement sales strategies aligning with business objectives in achieving sales volume and targets;
Develop new accounts and generate effective and profitable selling plan in order to to exceed set targets;
Retain and develop existing customer relationships that result in new business leads and maximising customer revenue potential;
Lead the customer services team to follow-up customers’ enquiries, sales orders, provide excellent services and maintain good relationship with customers;
Manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance;
Ensure a quality service by frequent visits to understand the feedback of the products from customers;
Plan & organize trade fairs, events and promotion activities;
Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports;
Any other duties assigned by the management.
Diploma holder or above, preferably in sales and marketing;
At least 8 years practical experience in sales field, experience in food or meat industry is an advantage;
At least 3 years of experience with proven track record in managing sales staff is a must;
Able to communicate tactfully and convincingly with potential customers;
Positive, aggressive, self-motivated and sociable nature;
Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills;
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Good command of written & spoken Cantonese and English;
Occasional travel to Macau is required;
Immediate available is preferred.
