Reporting to the Regional Head, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attain the desired business objectives for specific materials. Some of the key tasks as follows:
Drive forward looking sales strategies to grow the business by acquiring and developing new customers.
Build positive and long term relationship with existing key Customers.
Explore opportunities in new business environments.
Implement continuous sales performance evaluations and improvements.
Maintain an excellent understanding of new & current products and regularly update our customers.
Be involved to develop and strengthen the sales team in terms of technical knowledge, sales techniques, communication and motivation.
Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.
Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales experience in the Chemical industry
A strategic thinker with excellent leadership
Self-motivated and possess a strong drive to be challenged and to achieve
Excellent people management, influencing and negotiation skills
Someone results oriented and with project management skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
