Job Description

  • Lead & drive sales direction and strategy in order to achieve the Company sales target
  • Oversee sales operations and lead the sales team
  • Establish and maintain the sales network in HK & develop new channels and customers with channel partners
  • Collaborate proactively with every team of the company, especially with marketing team to maximize the return through promotions
  • Identify market potential and explore new business opportunities
  • Make yearly / seasonal / monthly sales plan and implement them
  • Precisely forecast demand & sales by channel monthly / weekly
  • Overseas travel may be required regularly

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in any discipline with at least 10 years’ experience & deep knowledge in Game/IT/Gadget business and retail
  • Able to work under a fast pace environment
  • Aggressive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure with a strong business sense
  • Good in presentation skill, negotiation skill, management skill and sales & promotion planning Skill
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
