Job Description


  • Responsible for developing sales in the target sectors.

  • Responsible for promoting the firm brand name to customers, architects, consultants and contractors.

  • Keeps updated with the current market trend, information of projects and competitor for tailoring specific selling activities.

  • Searches and seeks for new clients who might benefit from company products. Builds, maintains, broadens and strengthens good relationship with customer to identify their current and future needs.

  • Contacts with consultants, main contractors to introduce company firm’s products and collects information about the project and convinces them to put firm specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents.

  • Makes technical presentations and demonstrates how our products meet customer’s needs.

  • Actively involves in negotiation deals for closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

  • Closely follows up with customer for any issues which might arise during the process including bidding, contract implementation as well as after-sales services.

Job Requirements


  • Foreigner nationality with Master degree in engineering (construction or electricity) or in Sales Business-related field.

  • Minimum of 3 or 4 year experience in sales with proven sales track record or/and experience in managerial level.

  • Experiences in project sales in construction field are highly preferred.

  • 2 or 3 years of working in Vietnam is a must.

  • Excellent English both in Oral and Written.

  • Can speak/write Vietnamese is a must.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making.

  • Good communications skills.

  • Pro-active and initiative in proposing solutions, problem solver and result oriented.

  • Autonomy, hard worker and high working capacity, listening and understanding capacities on clients technical issues.

  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

  • Strong negotiation and ability to close the deal.

  • Result-oriented and ability to effectively manage a full project for goal achievement.
