Job Description

  • Develop a strategy for the specific market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Maintains and responsible for the performance and development of the specific sales field
  • Search new customers, handle and maintain existing customers, follow up inquiries, etc.
  • Target oriented
  • Follow all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes

Job Requirements

  • Max 35 years old
  • Candidate MUST possess at least Bachelorís or professional Degree, Engineering (Instrument), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial)
  • Minimum 5 year (s) experience in the same position and excellent in managerial
  • Preferably Sales specializing in General Industry and has potential customer based
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking
  • Must have a strong Management Skill
  • Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with customers
  • Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, willingness to learn, innovative, posses high self initiated and maturity level, proactive / self motivated and target oriented, strong problem solving capacity
  • Positive working attitude and able to work in both team and independently
  • Good English for both conversation & correspondence in a must
