Be responsible for the overall business performance of North & Center region including all sales distributions: Retail, General Trade, Modern Trade, and B2B channels.ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and manage all sales activities in the North & Center in line with the companyís sales policy
- Implement sales strategy and sales plan for the North & Center market in order to improve the business growth rate;
- Customize the companyís sales policies to optimize the business opportunities in the North & Center market;
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities & develop targets of all distribution channels in the North & Center region;
- Coordinate with marketing team to design and implement trade marketing activities or other marketing programs for the South;
- Build up and manage the headcount plan and sales budget ;
- Recruit, train, coach and be responsible for setting objectives and tracking results of sales team.
