Job Description

  • Provide sales direction of his team
  • Execute and Implement mandated company policies and programs
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase team productivity to achieve sales quotas
  • Conduct events and activities that will help augment sales production
  • Monitor the reportorial compliance of the Property Investment Consultants
  • Assist Property Investment Consultants in Handling difficult or important accounts
  • Ensure sales documentations are in order
  • Ensure that Property Investment Consultants are well trained to handle prospective buyers

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • At least 3 years experience working in the field of Real Estate
  • Must demonstrate skills in Strategic Planning. Sales Management and Network Development
