Lead the sales teamsí objectives by forecasting and developing annual sale targets for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintain sales volumes and lead by example to generate maximum return on investment.
You will be expected to grow our extensive contact database to an optimum level.
Obtain new business through cold calling, warm calls, e-marketing, mail-out and client visits within your expert segmentations.
Achieve monthly minimum work attainment targets given by the company.
Building relationships with existing & potential retail clients as well as industry clients.
Provide management reports on a weekly and monthly basis to the BOD on number of sales enquiries, quotations issued, pipeline as well as target conversion of our Asia Jet Card Membership Program, Aircraft Sales & Aircraft Management services.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director & CEO.
7 years minimum sales experience, preferable in the transportation service industries.
University graduate & some related technical background preferred.
English language is a must both spoken and written. Fluency in an Asian language favorable.
Willing to travel & work unsociable hours.
Well organized, self-motivated, able to manage people and your team with attention to detail.
Team player with excellent communication/presentation skills.
