As the Sales Director for the Talon Hong Kong, China & Asia Pacific business, he/she is in charge of Zipper and Trims Divisions composed of 20 persons, which include zipper and trims sales team in Hong Kong, South & North China, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Currently, the position is responsible for the development and performance of sales team to assist them to achieve the revenue target and achieve maximum profitability and growth. This person will be responsible for the leadership and operations of our Hong Kong, South & North China, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Indonesia Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving process improvement and innovation to improve the sales and customer service’s experience in a scalable, cost effective way. - Take full responsibility of sales and achieving the growth and profit targets of the company
- Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans and oversee all necessary activities to fulfill strategic objectives
- Supervise and motivate sales team to achieve company’s target, and offer appropriate training
- Maintain and constantly improve the business competitive edge
- Explore new business by identifying new clients/channels in introducing and promoting products with strong pricing management, and expand sales network
- Ensure your team provide high-quality customer services with intensive follow-up
