The brand that we are assisting is hiring a Sales Director is a prestige cosmetics brand and one of the world's largest businesses in cosmetics. With presence in more than 50 countries, it is globally renowned and a market leader in cosmetics and personal care.
Based in Hong Kong, and reporting to the Business Head for the brand, this position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve Retail Sales, Net Sales and Net Operating Profit targets. Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales budgets & forecasts and develop business strategies to meet to achieve targets
- Review the P&L with business head and formulate plans accordingly to achieve business objectives
- Drive sell-thru programs and merchandising strategies by spending time in the field and with store management
- Manage a large sales team and establish systems to ensure development of sales staff, beauty advisors' productivity, high sales performance, motivation levels etc.
- Ensure effective sales administration with respect to order flow, inventory levels etc.
