- Responsible for Operating/Managing/Planning daily sales department operations
- Build up and manage the distributor system in the region in charge.
- Monitoring and management of Sales gallery to ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Development and execution of Sales related training programs and monitor its effectiveness
- Daily, Weekly and monthly monitoring and updating of Sales activities
- Recruitment and training of sales managers, team leaders or executives
- Setting and management of Sales targets and performance for all sales teams
- Planning and cooperation with external sales agencies to ensure maximum effectiveness on sales launches and events
Graduate university degree in business administration, economics or a related field with a sales or marketing specialization.
• Have at least 3 years experience in Sales Manager and in Telecome is better
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills.
- Fluently in English, knowing Chinese or other language is advantaged.
- Computer skill, soft skills.
