As a lead function to overview the development and improvement within the sales department. Develop a solid and concise strategy/development required to improve overall sales and distribution process (within various functions in the sales department)
Lead new-launch and re-launch initiatives, develop the launch plan with Marketing Department and coordinate the launch with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers respectively
Monitor and evaluate entire trade activities, new-launch/re-launch; evaluates both planning and executing.
Establish a robust business insights by performing various analysis required (deep dive sales analysis by channel/customer/region) and present and align the insights, development plan and opportunity (mid and long-term)
Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
Manage special project assigned – assignment will be advised on the periodic basis
University degree or above
10-15+ years of experience within the FMCG business (both MNC/Local); preferably had exposures in various sales functions (key account management/field management/trade marketing/business development)
Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
Mature and agile personality
Good influencer and firm leadership style
