Report to sales & Marketing Director in day-to-day operations and tasks.
Manage and execute sale and Marketing strategies/plan to achieve required sale targets.
Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sale and Marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other department.
Conducts market research to develop an understanding of the competition, Opportunities and customers. Give advice to business development team based on these findings.
Help to plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies. . Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
Help to establish and maintain appropriate budget for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Procure and manage external sales and marketing agencies as required.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and result.
Bachelor degree in sale and marketing or business administration.
At least 3 years’ experience in sales and 1 years as a manager.
Knowledge in develop the sale planning, strategies and working standard, SOP and Sales Manual
Knowledge staff, performance and problem solving management
Effective communication and Facilitation skill
Good command in English and Khmer, Japan is plus
Cambodian or Expatriate.
