To developing brand priorities and strategies to win across different market channels including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, etc.
Develops policies and key marketing initiatives for the department to use as guidance for Sales.
Manage, motivate, train and develop the marketing team to ensure delivery.
Should be a degree holder in marketing, communication, or related field.
With a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in Food & Beverage industry preferably from beer products, with at least 5 years of managerial experience gained from sizeable organizations such as F & N or Yeo’s.
Excellent product knowledge and familiar with the beer market, competitors and industry trends.
Excellent knowledge and experience in brand management, integrated marketing, and event management.
Highly competent in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, creative, innovative strategic business thinker and able to work under tight deadlines.
Highly effective, result oriented and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
Excellent in written and spoken English. Understand other Asian languages will be an added advantage
Proficiency in using MS word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
