Sell and promote Les Rivesí products to B2B and B2C customers:
Contract deals, distribute Les Rives products and maintain close relations with our sales partners (travel agencies, tour operators, hotels)
Directly accountable for Les Rives sales performance
Promote and communicate about our products during trade shows, exhibitions and public events
Prepare and update Les Rives marketing tools (website, brochure, e-brochure...)
Reply to customersí emails and enquiries
Manage Les Rives online branding through social media, rating websites, tourist reviews...
Identify new business opportunities (markets, segments, destinations...)
Contribute to productsí development and customer centric innovation
Implement customer service policy
Track and monitor customer service satisfaction
Review sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity
Suggest change and improvements whenever necessary to increase sales
Develop and promote Les Rives merchandising for sale (hats, pens, tee shirts...)
Coordinate and communicate sales and marketing actions to the operational team
Coordination with the Sales and Marketing team of Les Rives Vietnam
Responsible for tracking B2B payments
The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in a Sales and Marketing role in South East Asia.
She/he should be independent, results driven, enthusiastic and start-up friendly.
Strong communications skills and English proficiency is mandatory, Khmer appreciated.
A background and/or former experience in the tourism industry with an existing network in Cambodia will be a strong advantage.
