Provide business insights and trends to management and clients
Manage qualitative & quantitative research project
Generate research reports to presentation of findings
Design solution to research needs as well as provide advice to clients
Support in creation of questionnaire, samples and survey methodology
At least 3 years of experience in market research in retail industry or related field
Minimum Diploma in Business or related studies
Proven track record of taking consumer insight projects from conception to completion
Passionate in understanding the mind-set of clients
Strong computer knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Candidate with ACTA certification will be advantageous
