Job Description

  • Lead colleagues of other levels to achieve business expansion & benefit promotion
  • Draw up company's key strategy objectives & performance indicators
  • Approve related policy, strategy, & management scheme
  • Appraise achievement base on company strategy, and responsible to the overall performance
  • Monitor company resource utilization to optimize its performance
  • Monitor objective implementation & report to top manager
  • Develop management team & provide training to managers of each level
  • Build and promote corporate culture and set up good image to both internal and external
  • Lead & tackle all accidents or emergency issues
  • Establish good strategy relation with local government, customer, vendor & related institutions
  • Fulfill the projects & tasks assigned by corporate or supervisors
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training and overall supervision of sales team, both locally and nationally, including recruited agents and contracted distributors and resellers.
  • Devise and implement action plans and campaigns geared towards generating and increasing volume sales.
  • Oversees the planning, development, and execution of the Companys marketing and advertising activities. Responsibilities include market research; pricing; product marketing; new business development; marketing communications; advertising; and public relations.
  • Develops and implements marketing programs using websites; email; online advertising and promotions; and search-engine marketing (SEM/SEO). Conceives strategies and tactics to raise rates of customer acquisition, retention, and cross/up-selling. Oversees online market analysis.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of direct marketing programs to raise the levels of customer acquisition, retention, and cross/up-selling. Designs campaigns using direct mail, email, websites, telemarketing, catalogs, and marketing collateral. Develops return-on-investment goals, testing plans, and segmentation strategies.
  •  Responsible for developing and executing the company's external communications. 
  • Conceives and executes marketing strategies and programs to increase the profitability of new and existing products and services. Responsible for pricing policies; product and market development; and gathering, analyzing, and utilizing market research. Also manages advertising and marketing communications activities.
  • Manages, oversees and develops strategies to enhance the Companys public image. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members of the media pitching stories to publications and monitoring media coverage; identifying key messages and communicating them to potential alliance partners and investors. The SMC Director also oversees production of internal and external materials such as brochures, press releases, web copy, newsletters and executive presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least 10 years working experience in sales, sales administration, business administration, marketing or communications within Vietnam and in a leadership position.
  • University degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or communications
  • 10+ years of related experience including significant experience in web development and/or web sales development
  • Expert at aligning resources to meet stated objectives, then organizing and tracking the efforts in that regard
  • Understand advertising sales and website production
  • Past experience managing teams of creative, production, and sales development staff
  • Ability to think and work across disciplines
  • Ability to set and achieve the highest standards, and solve problems
  • Experience in developing and evolving web-based consumer entertainment products and brands
  • Prior leadership experience, including significant exposure to senior levels of management
  • Experience working with and managing multiple brands or projects with different, and sometimes competing objectives
  • Outstanding English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to put together compelling presentations
  • Project and budget management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to recruit, lead and motivate a diverse team
