You will work with clients to assess and improve business processes to help them attain Risk Intelligence.
Your work will involve assessing business processes and controls to identify risks, conducting risk-based reviews and advising clients on effective controls, corporate governance and risk management.
To be successful, you must have a good understanding of internal controls, industry processes, corporate governance and regulations.

Participating in ERM- related projects such as identification and prioritization of enterprise-wide risks, assessment of an organization's risk capabilities, and development of the tools, processes and organizational structures needed to build a robust and sustainable risk management program .
Performing tasks assigned by Partner during the delivery of engagements from preparation to closing.
Assisting Partner to prepare ERM-related proposals and business development materials.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Playing the role of counsellor to consultants; providing coaching to new hires.
Perform business development activities for ERS function
Bachelor degree with a major in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or Finance. Professional certifications in accounting and audit will be well regarded.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in internal or external audit with emphasis on auditing business processes and controls.
