Job Description

  • Implements national sales programs by developing all sales channel action plans.
  •  Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  •  Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the shop can compete effectively in the local market
  •  Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
  •  Maintaining awareness of market trends in the same industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  •  Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  •  Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  •  Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  •  Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  •  Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  •  Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  •  Managing stock, stock movement and control with Sales Support through all CSPís
  •  Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
  •  Other tasks are given by line manager and Interact across other departments

Job Requirements

  • University degree/ equivalent qualification in Sales and Management 
  •  Strong sales background including 4-5 years experience in all sals channels and management level in FMCG and/ telecom
  •  Strong operations, communication, leadership skills
  •  Ability to lead a huge number of team
  •  Ability to meet financial, revenue and sales targets
  •  Ability to manage day-to-day, business-to-business sales activities
  •  Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
  •  Able to work under pressure and independently
  •  Flexible approach to work
  •  Travel is required
