Provide training supports to frontline staff to boost sales and their career development
Analyse all retail related sales such as Retail KPIs, Retail people productivity, sales promotion analysis and operation workflow analysis, and provide effective recommendation to sales team to follow.
Responsible for ensuring the effective communication between regional sales operation and frontline office, including promotion schedules, daily operation coordination, and sales analysis.
Formulate new business development program through strategic leasing management of new/existing shops
Provide direction to warehouse operation process, make sure stock/non stock deliveries are efficiently managed with properly controlled budget
Manage in store maintenance, visual merchandising and retail administrative management
Handle customer service and complaint
University graduate, preferably from Overseas Universities
10 years’ relevant working experience in retail industry
Well organized, multi-tasking, good analytical skills and can work independently
Strong leadership, organizing, analytical and numerical skills
Strong business acumen, able to work on tight deadlines
Able to handle stress and pressure from work
Familiar working in multi cultural working environment
Overseas working experiences an added advantage
Good command of English and Chinese.
High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
