Job Description

Retail Sales Development

  • Develop sales and manage performance by store to reach the target

  • Co-ordinate with Sell-In team to ensure efficient order taking and stock processing to ensure optimum inventory at stores

  • Compile monthly sales reports to management

  • Communicate competitionís marketing activity to management


Management of Sales Force

  • Ensure that BCs follow the Dior Art of Selling and express Dior Brand value through customer service

  • Motivate BCs to have team spirit and be goal driven

  • Conduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of CMs and/or BCs through regular coaching and appraisals

  • Co-operate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training courses

  • Implement local incentive programs

  • Ensure recruiting the best-qualified counter managers and BCs

  • Proposes development plan to increase knowledge and skills

  • Manage BCs allocation to stores

  • Plan and control expense budget


Brand/Image & Merchandising Execution

  • Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities

  • Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines


Promotion / Animation Management

  • Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by the Marketing department

  • Discuss and negotiate with the store to have extra space, visuals, promotion events etc.

  • Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotion event

Technical skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Good PCD product and selling knowledge

  • Good coaching and customer service skills


Recommended profile

  • At least 5 years experience in Retail at a supervision level (ideally counter manager experience)

  • Strong in leadership and in people management

  • Experience in building effective teams

  • A result-driven achiever wit ambition, motivation and dynamism
