The client is a large manufacturer and retailer of high quality luxury pieces.
Responsible for developing the retail network and team in respect of the brandís values and according to brandís strategic objectives
Maximize boutique sales, achieve excellent customer service and optimize team performance through his/her outstanding leadership
Responsible for trade marketing across retail and wholesale, which includes visual merchandising, CRM and training, and must leverage his/her experience in marketing to manage and develop these functions to achieve brand goals and standards.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes and business planning
Contribute to the 5 years plan strategic vision for boutique network expansion and upgrading
Set and achieve sales targets, manage discount policy and incentive programs
Daily visit to boutique, ensure close working relationships with teams. Support and offer a challenging partnership to boutique managers.
Supervise and coach retail team on all aspects of operations from rostering and administrative function through to CRM and client follow up
Identify and develop talent within the team
Coach the Boutique Managers to help staff reach individual and collective objectives
Trade marketing functions including Client Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Corners, and Training.
Degree in Management/Business preferred; MBA is a plus but not a requirement
Understanding of the local market
Senior retail professional with more than 10 yearsí work experience
Extensive experience in luxury to ultra-luxury retail (min 8 Years)
Management experience required (min 5 years)
