Job Description

Accountable for the design, implementation, and management of the IT Service Management (ITSM) organization in Sibelco Asia. This includes ownership of the service desk function, all selected processes, all related support tools and standards using ITIL as the guiding framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage the Service Delivery services and implement the Service Management disciplines
  • Champion the ITSM principles across the organization
  • Perform budget management and ensure optimal use of resources
  • Manage outsourced services and process relationships
  • Establish and manage relationship with business customers

Job Requirements

Technical skills:
  • Ability to understand business processes and requirements, and translate these into business value services
  • Good understanding and possess hands-on implementation of ITIL
  • Possess strong Service Management, Project Management, Service Delivery skills to support IT transformations
  • Possess good financial understanding to create and manage budgets where required
Soft Skills:
  • Visionary and quality driven entrepreneurial individual with a tendency to think outside the box
  • Analytical problem solver who is pro-active, supportive and challenging
  • Strong communicator, able to influence both technical & business audiences
  • Management and coaching skills with the ability to operate at strategic & detailed level as required
  • Passionate about service delivery
Education and others:
  • Degree in a discipline that is relevant to the role with minimum 5 years’ experience related to Service Delivery and ICT in multinational geographically dispersed matrix organisation/s
  • Evidence of relevant professional development including ITIL foundations certification as a minimum
  • Experience in unstructured and complex technical and organizational settings
  • Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin
  • Must be willing and able to travel
