Main duties This position is responsible for performing utmost sales strategy of company:
Driving and training sales team to make and maintain stock visibility dominantly in the 100% outlets in area in charge of General trade channel.
Managing / Supervising / Training / Coaching sales teams to implement all policies / sales strategies to achieve sales commitment of in charge area.
Building distributing systems.
Drive and on the job train sales representatives to make and maintain stock visibility dominantly in the 100% outlets in in charge area.
Recruit / manage / motivate area sales managers and sales supervisors, along with area sales managers give clear and appropriate objectives including visibility requirement, sales commitment, route plans...
Oversee the effective implementation of product visibility, promotion programs and other responsibilities.
Plan for future sales forecast and analyze past and current performance of sales team.
Instill a sense of discipline and high moral values at this position and throughout sales team.
Monitor / maintain daily market visit to ensure compliance of company policy of sales team and distributor. - Appoint and develop distributor network across the region.
Report to Country Manager all activities of market feedbacks / competitors activities for business monitoring.
Complete daily and monthly sales report.
From 30 years of age with 7-10 years of hardcore sales experience in FMCGs field and at least 1 year relevant position.

Distributor and key accounts relationship, extremely hard working and willing to travel extensively across the region
