A market leading Swedish company providing temperature control solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers is looking for experience B2B sales & business development professionals who can handle complex selling environment with multiple stakeholders.
The role of the Sales Manager is to execute the company strategy and manage business in South East Asia and Taiwan.
This includes executing all sales relevant activities and strategy for the region.
There will be extensive traveling throughout the region.
The position can be based in Singapore office or home office based in Malaysia
University degree or above, major in Sales & Marketing and/or Bio-technology / Bio-engineering / Bio-science / Bio-chemicals is preferred
At least 10 years sales experience in sales management in the region. 5 years of which involve consultative selling to clients in healthcare, life science and pharmaceutical manufacturers, and a good general understanding of pharma industries
Proven good records in developing new customers, and Key Account Management are highly preferred
Work together with technical team to provide information on what the customers want
Result-oriented person and ability to work under pressure
Highly motivated, positive and open minded, structured worker and discipline worker and a self-starter
Good command of English and Mandarin, able to speak as well as read and write. Other languages are a plus
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and presentation skills, and good in CRM system
