Job Description

Our client is one of the leading integrated geoscience company providing leading geological, geophysical and reservoir capabilities to its broad base of customers primarily from the global oil and gas industry. They are currently looking for Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Far East region to strengthen their sales division.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the RSM is responsible for implementing the corporate sales strategy and achieving the sales goals within the assigned region. In order to achieve that, they are expected to develop regional sales and business plan, and execute the annual sales strategy based on the market needs. They are also to ensure staff internalizes the value of our solutions for the target market. They should also selects appropriate regional events such as trade shows. They are to assign territories and financial goals for business managers.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess bachelor degree in Geoscience or Information System with minimum 12 years B2B sales and management experiences. Candidate with geological and geophysical software or service experience within the oil & gas industry will have an added advantage. They should also have existing relationships with large and national oil companies in the region.
