Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Undertake 4 primary sales objectives: coverage, distribution, image and agreed sales targets within budget capability
  • Develop sales objectives, strategies and plans for the assigned area in order to achieve 5S KPIs by month, quarter and year. Collect feedback from customers, input ideas and make suggestions for branding activities.
  • Launch sales plans to meet sales targets and achieve 5S KPIs along with undertake marketing activities based on company’s strategies and regulations by year, quarter and month
  • Deploy promotion-giving and product display activities (in store, out store) in a right way for both assigned area and nationwide
  • Ensure 4 primary sales objectives: coverage, distribution, image and agreed sales targets within budget capability.
  • Come up with plans for enhancement in 5S results, playing the role of an internal supervisor to ensure the reliability of data on DMS system.
  • Annually deploy bottom-up plans to make contributions to the area’s sales growth and understand staff’s progress on plan implementation.
  • Develop, train and manage sales team with professionalism and enthusiasm, resulting in top sales team in the market
  • Select the best candidates and ensure sustainable organization.
  • Be responsible for training and coaching Sales Executive and Distributor Staff.
  • Build effective and strong working culture based on code of conduct along with appropriate approach.
  • Reward best staff and develop high potential ones.
  • Set up close working schedule with stafff below expectations to put forward suggestions for improvements in job results.
  • Be responsible for the set-up and development of professional and strong distributor system in the assigned area
  • Push distributors to ensure qualities to bring best services to shops and save cost.
  • Build and develop professional and strong distributor system to ensure distributors work effectively and apply all FCV values into working process, system and regulations
  • Ensure effective ROI rate for distributor.
  • Ensure all FCV rules and regulations are managed and strictly complied, taking the role as an internal auditor of FCV.
  • Send monthly reports on activities and price list of competitor, update changes in the market and prepare monthly sales plan.
  • Other tasks assigned by National Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:
 
  • Strong experience in a similar position with sound understanding of FMCG market.
  • Experience in building and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve sales plans.
  • Proven competence to professionally develop and coach team members.
  • Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
