Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the organization's short & long-term goals.
  • Prepare annual budget, sales operation strategies, plans and manage implementation of salesforce to ensure meeting the set objectives.
  • Oversee the overall sales budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of manpower cost, sales activities to optimize resources & prioritize spending.
  • Adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
  • Manage distribution network and identify new markets for sales development.
  • Transmit the sales related information and policies from Company to Sales Supervisors, sales team & agents; ensure their strictly complying
  • Analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company
  • Monthly monitor sales and performance of distributors to have timely actions to push sales
  • Build and develop new channels, HORECA, industrial, etc.
  • Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers
  • Monitor Sales Team field visiting plans and monthly expenses claims
  • Monitor sell-out by salesmen as well as market behaviours and competitors’ development to have timely and suitalbe actions
  • Develop effective sales teams; supervise the regional personnel; coordinate Sales Supervisors’ activities; makes period personnel and target reports
  • Prepare sales forecasts for logistic preparation and sales targets for assigned areas

Job Requirements

  • University graduation. Degree major in Economic Management, Marketing, Technique or another education which related with Sales Operation.
  • A working knowledge of the food industry
  • + 5 years sales experience, at least 3-5 experience years in the same position
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Preferred:

  • A background in gourmet food sales
  • Previous contact with food or produce distributors
  • Able to draw up business plan / strategic plan
  • Able to communicate effectively in English & Vietnamese
  • Able to develop and direct marketing operational plan and sales strategy with spread all over promotion.
  • Able to lead a meeting and make presentation.
  • Have an effective leadership
  • Have a sense of responsibility, initiative, cooperative, ethics and discipline
  • Have Integrity
  • Have a high commitment
