Job Description

  • As the regional sales manager, you will be responsible to achieve HVAC sales target and establish and develop strong relationship with customers, yards, owners, and operators.
  • Get enquiries and competitive intelligence in the market
  • Manage communication both internally and externally, strong convincing capability
  • Provide market intelligence for future product development and product expansion
  • Manage multi-million dollar deals
  • Demonstrate leadership in sales, technical design and support project team in project execution
  • Support the sales of new builds and retrofit opportunities
  • Implement company strategy and also develop tactics for success
  • Work across difference teams

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • More than 5 years HVAC equipment and solutions sales experience in offshore and marine market.
  • Ability to sell solutions to multiple levels of customer organisation
  • Knowledge and experience in offshore and marine HVAC requirements
  • HVAC system design or system installation as advantage
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, strongly analytical, detailed and resourceful with can do attitude
  • Strong business acumen and result oriented
