A global biotechnology business searches for a new Regional Sales Director. Reporting to to the head of the Food Technology division, this person would have responsibilities to manage Country SM's and Customer Lab Team Leads across all markets in APAC.
A strategy-led, business-forward sales personality, who has a good depth of experience developing business in all sectors of the food industry
Someone who can run efficient sales & marketing plans for a downstream business BUT have a 'customer first' way of thinking to develop value-added project solutions
Strong management skills, working with the in-country sales teams to create constant dialogue and communication between commercial, support teams, key and target clients, product development teams, and executive leadership stakeholders.
A drive to develop excellent relationships with not only industry groups and customers, but also with your distributors and alliance partners
Someone with strong background in technical B2B sales (food production/nutrition/ingredients) and preferably with a technical degree in similar area.
At least 8 years experience with 2 years in a second-line sales management role
