Job Description

  • Responsible for driving the implementation, maintenance and internal audit functions of the QA system covering operational, quality management systems compliance for the Inspection, Auditing & Assessment Global Operations
  • Develop procedures, process documentation and drive the effective implementation and maintenance of the QA system in accordance with Company policy and international standard
  • Deploy quality policy, maintain and report quality performance, complete analysis of non-performance and propose corrective actions with management
  • Define Key Performance Indicator associated to business process to measure performance and take appropriate preventive/ corrective action, identify and communicate good practices
  • Manage relationship with key clients in liaison with other departments such as recovery plan, develop survey to monitor the performance level
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients and internal departments such as operations, client relationship management in all global locations to ensure compliance
  • Lead the quality network, evaluate partners/contractors on quality management system, coordinate management system, audit and report on regional level
  • Develop audit programs and train auditors, plan and execute both internal and external audit programs
  • Manage key accreditation bodies and coordinate audit programs

Job Requirements

  • University qualification with over 10+ years work experience
  • 5+ years experience in inspection or auditing business at a technical and operational level. Experience in internal auditing of systems and processes
  • Experience with QA systems implementation and maintenance relating to ISO9000 or 17020
  • Experience in the development of training material and programs
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player able to work effectively across different cultures, departments, functions and environments
  • Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes
  • Methodical and logical thought process
  • Occasional travel is required
