Job Description

In this role, you will establish and maintain appropriate and adequate compliance programs, policies, procedures, and training to ensure companyís business in Asia conducts in ways that complies with local and regional regulatory requirements.  You will monitor and report any activity or individual that is suspect or in violation of companyís code of ethics and business best practice.

Job Requirements

You should be a lawyer qualified in Hong Kong, US, UK, Australia or Singapore with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably gained with a pharmaceutical company or a large multinational corporation with a strong Asia presence.  You should have experience in leading a regional team and demonstrate a strong ability in interacting with cross functional groups as well as to work effectively within a diverse cultural environment Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
