Own the overall responsibility of client relationship management, revenue, and project delivery in shopper research
Share knowledge and integration opportunities to help Indonesia win projects locally
Analyze local competition, and adapt regional product into locally winning and relevant products
Keep existing shopper research product/solution best-in-class by constantly improving it
Leverage technology to deliver state-of-the art solutions for clients
6 - 8 years solid experience in any of the following discipline, shopper research or shopper related agencies, shopper insight or shopper marketing in any FMCG and /or Retail industry (customer insight or retail marketing)
Strong client focus and pro-activeness
Strong business acumen with proven track record of exceeding sales target
Very good influencing, persuading and project management skills
Very good presentation and facilitation skills
