This is a strategic senior management position where the Regional Director plays a key role with the Global Team in building a framework and innovation pipeline for the organization's largest portfolios and revenue generators. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will lead the team in spearheading long-term strategies throughout the region.
Your portfolio is a challenging and complex one, carrying more than 5 categories over 10 countries. Part of your role is to provide leadership in cross-functional teams in R&D, supply chain and marketing to develop plans based on consumer, category and competitive insights.
You will deliver and transfer best practices and success models regionally, with objectives of rolling out success models globally. You will ensure totality in alignment of needs address and strategic growth plans, creating a robust 3-year global and regional pipeline of new products and claims.
Creating a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation amongst the regional leadership team, you will strive for strong category penetration and equity.
The ideal candidate is required to possess a Bachelor's degree, or an MBA with a minimum of 10 years of progressive Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience.
Strong performance records in marketing leadership, new products and business plan development, excellent consumer insights experience are key prerequisites, as with excellent communication skills.
This role also requires up to 30% travel.
