Manage Hotel Tour Desks in Vietnam; supervise tour desks in Thailand and Indonesia
Support Country Managers in establishing Direct Sales functions in their markets
Liaise with Reservations Managers to ensure all enquiries are actioned efficiently
Coperate with Product Development Managers to close product gaps and establish pricing policies driving sales and margins
Coorporate with Regional Distribution Manager to drive Sales through channels and reduced missed opportunities
Recruit, train, motivate and manage sales consultants, hotel representatives, and Sales Leaders to reach monthly sales target
Maintain exist and seek for new relationships with key hotel partners to identify and catch up all opportunities for new tour desks and destinations
Establish Sales targets, budgets and performance criteria for individuals in Direct Sales team across the country
Job Requirements
The Essentials:
Bachelor degree or equivalent: min 3 years of studying
Major: Business Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management or related majors
The Attributes:
Minimum of 05 years of post-graduate experience and at least 03 years taking similar positions in multinational DMC
Be proficiency with Tour Desks or retail sales concept: key success factors and challenges and how to overcome them
Customer services oriented with proven leadership and team management across cultures and geographies
Excellent Sales, Business Development, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work either independently or in a team and under pressure
Highly motivated, self-starter prepared to do whatever it takes to succeed
Willing to travel on business when required
