Our client is a premium lifestyle branding group that they have penetrated into over 13 markets in Asia. They are looking for an experienced Regional Digital Marketing Director to lead the Digital Marketing direction with APAC.
Reporting to General Manager and leading a team of digital marketing guru, you will be leading and building regional digital strategy and e-commerce roadmap as well as providing fieldwork on the digital support for CRM team within APAC regional.
You will be driving the digital project direction on online advertisement on branding and product launches, social media channels and content management guideline. Working alongside with headquarters, regional team and local affiliates, you will drive the digital operation implementation and measure the KPI and monitor on the project status and investment. You also work with external agency on the SEO, SEM, and competitor analysis by comparing the digital coverage and interpretation of brand in different online channels.
You will advise on the digital method to enhance the recruitment and retention of loyalty program, such as eDM and SMS model for markets to follow. Plus, gradually investigating on the e-commerce opportunity with external parties as well as the support to partner with e-portal to enhance the business opportunity is essential. The guideline for logistic and customer service on online portal would also be shared between markets.
